Our goal is to help the disabled
maximize their economic self-sufficiency through employment. Rock River Training
Corporation utilizes online disability resources accessed through the disabilityworks Illinois WorkNet portal. The Workforce Connection Center staff work with adults and youth with disabilities who choose
We help promote comprehensive American Job Center services by breaking down barriers that keep people with disabilities from finding jobs. RRTC and other Workforce Connection partner agencies work directly with employers to meet labor market demands. Through
employer education and job matching, employers can find the right employee for
the right job. Through information and referral, people with disabilities can
find the right kind of job training or job placement program.
